We aim to answer within a few working days, and within 30 days at the latest.

Rubrika works offline and stores your content plan on your device. We have no server, no account system and no access to your data — so when reporting a problem, please tell us your iOS version, your device model and what you did just before the problem appeared.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple. Manage or cancel yours in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us.
