The whole collection ships inside the app and works without an internet connection. There is no account: your favourites, your reminder and your reading state stay on your device, and we hold no copy of them.

To help us reproduce a problem, include your app version, iOS version, device model, and what you did just before it appeared. The Contact support button in the app puts that block into the draft for you.
Common questions
I paid, but the collection is still locked. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase, then tap Restore on the purchase screen. Restoring needs a working internet connection.
What does the subscription cost. It is offered in three auto-renewable periods — weekly, monthly and annual. There is no free trial. The price you pay is the one shown on the purchase screen for your App Store country at the moment of purchase; prices differ between storefronts.
How do I cancel a subscription. In Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period, and cancelling less than 24 hours before it ends does not stop that renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
The binoculars button shows nothing. That button opens Apple Maps Look Around for the place where a museum or an artist's home stands. It needs an internet connection, and Apple's street imagery does not cover every location — where there is no coverage, there is nothing for us to show. The app never asks for or reads your own location: the coordinates it sends are the landmark's, and they are the same for every user.
The daily painting reminder does not arrive. It is a local notification scheduled by your own device. Check Settings → Notifications for the app, and make sure Focus or Do Not Disturb is not suppressing it.
The widget or the Watch complication is stuck on an old painting. Open the app once — it refreshes the shared cache the widget reads. iOS also decides on its own how often a widget may reload.
Why is the app rated 13+. It reproduces classical works that include nudity in an artistic context, and its own illustrations depict wine and drinking.
How do I delete my data. Delete the app — everything stored on the device goes with it. For subscription records held by our provider, email us and we will pass an erasure request on. Deleting those records does not cancel your subscription; cancel it in Settings as described above.
I am a rights holder and a work in the app is mine. Write to us with the work, where it appears in the app, your contact details and a statement of your rights. Content we cannot show lawfully is removed in the next update.
Refunds
Payment is taken by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
